The Duckworth Worcestershire Trust employs 6 full time members of staff:
 
  Róisín Hanks
Project Manager
 

Róisín joined the Trust in May 2006, with more than 10 years’ experience of working within the environmental arena across the United Kingdom. She has managed an environmental education centre, as well as a number of projects ranging from community involvement in urban regeneration to a national water-quality monitoring scheme.

Education & Information Officer

Laura joined the Trust in January 2008 having been a secondary school Geography and Citizenship teacher.She loves outdoor activities and volunteering in her spare time.


Anda Phillips

Volunteer and Community Co-ordinator

Anda joined the trust in October 2006 after volunteering at WRE for six months. She has fifteen years experience in organic gardening and biodynamic farming. When not working she can be found outside with her dog Tex.

James Birbeck
Environmental Warden

James spent a summer working as an outdoor activity instructor in the Scottish Highlands before joining the Trust in February 2000. James enjoys travelling, especially in eastern Europe and relaxing in his garden. He has been involved with a wide variety of community and youth groups.

Jenny joined the Trust in December 2006 having previously worked as a wildlife ranger for Worcester City Council and a Green training officer with BTCV.

Nikki Goodfellow
Project Worker

Nikki has a background in horticulture, behavioural therapy and thriftiness. She joined the team in August 2005 and is now known to many of us as our professional skip dipper. In her spare time she enjoys photography and collecting bottle tops.
