This summer the Pump House is basing its craft activities on plastic bottle tops. Did you know most of them cannot be recycled? This is due to the dyes used in colouring them.
Never fear the staff and volunteers at the Pump House have been inspired by this little known fact and have been creating allsorts with bottletops for the summer activities.
Though we need your help! If you’ve seen the posters in Gheluvelt Park then you know we have put out a request for saved ones- so divert those colourful bottletops from landfill, rinse them and drop them in at reception during opening hours- Wed to Sat 10am to 4pm
