Róisín joined the Trust in May 2006, with more than 10 years experience of working within the environmental arena across the United Kingdom.

She has managed an environmental education centre, as well as a number of projects ranging from community involvement in urban regeneration to a national water-quality monitoring scheme.

Anda Phillips

Volunteer And Community Co-Ordinator

Anda joined the Trust after volunteering at WRE for 6 months. Her job as Volunteer and Community Co-ordinator sees her working with the Trust’s Volunteers and local community groups putting on events and promoting positive practical action.

She volunteers in her spare time and draws on her 15 years experience of Bio-Dynamic and Organic farming regularly.

Senior Environmental Warden

James started working for the Trust in 2000, and he has been heavily involved in a wide variety of conservation and community tasks. Prior to working for the Trust he was an outdoor activity  instructor in the Scottish Highlands. In his spare time James enjoys gardening and travelling.

Environmental Warden

Alastair joined the Trust in 2011 following on from his work in ecological forestry in the United States and Ireland. Having studied Environmental Science at Plymouth University, he has a deep interest in sustainability and conservation.

Outside of work, he is involved in outdoor pursuits at home and abroad.

Cleaner

Steve joined the Trust in 2008 as the Cleaner and is enjoying being part of the team. He co-founded a healthy walks group which uses the Pump House as a base.
